Job Description
We are a company specializing in Testing and Analysis Services, with a strong focus on laboratory testing and certification of coal quality for global clients. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will combine scientific knowledge with B2B marketing expertise to support business growth, manage client relationships, and promote our laboratory testing services across international markets.
You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and ensuring that our services are effectively positioned in the market. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across cultures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote testing and certification services to corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their technical and business needs.
Collaborate with the laboratory and technical teams to translate technical data into client-friendly communication.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (local and overseas).
Provide regular reports on business development activities and market performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferably Chemistry or related discipline).
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in industrial, scientific, or technical services.
Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with regional clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel overseas for client meetings and business development.
Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Immediate availability preferred.
Remuneration
Salary range: SGD 4,000 – 5,000 (gross monthly
