We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about digital campaigns, social media, and creative content.

In this role, you will work alongside the Head of Marketing to deliver the marketing plan and schedule of activity for leading industrial manufacturing brands:

• Modulift: A global engineering and manufacturing company specialising in “below-the-hook” lifting equipment, used to lift boats, wind turbines, bridges, and more.
• Pewag UK: A trusted provider of high-quality chains and lifting solutions, with over 500 years of engineering expertise, serving industrial and commercial markets.

As part of our team, you will be a key contributor to promoting these B2B brands and ensuring their continued success in UK and global markets. The role is based at the Modulift offices in Holton Heath, Poole with occasional travel for team meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all three brands, including social media, email marketing and online advertising.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging content tailored to the unique audience and tone of each brand, including blog posts, case studies, and product updates.
• Edit and create new pages on the websites, optimising for SEO to improve visibility and engagement
• Coordinate the organisation and promotion of exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events for all brands.
• Create branded design assets for use across marketing campaigns using Canva, Adobe Express and InDesign including email signature banners and social media assets.
• Develop marketing materials, including presentations, and branded collateral, to support sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance results and drive brand growth.

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Location: Office Based - Holton Heath Trading Park, Poole.
• Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Dependent on Experience.
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30. Friday 08:30 to 16:00 (total of 40 hours per week).
• Holiday: 20 days plus the company shutdown period between Christmas and New Year and UK Bank Holidays.
