Campaign Execution & Support:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Multi-Brand Support: Help manage marketing efforts for multiple nursery brands, ensuring brand consistency and engaging messaging across all channels.
  • Creative Assistance: Collaborate with the creative team to develop content, including social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, assist in identifying key metrics and insights for optimization

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or integrated campaigns. Experience in education or childcare marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for marketing
Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our multi-brand marketing initiatives. This role will assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, online, and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and gain hands-on experience working with multiple brands and campaigns, contributing to the growth and visibility of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Support:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Multi-Brand Support: Help manage marketing efforts for multiple nursery brands, ensuring brand consistency and engaging messaging across all channels.
  • Creative Assistance: Collaborate with the creative team to develop content, including social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, assist in identifying key metrics and insights for optimization.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (nursery managers, marketing team) to gather content, insights, and feedback for campaigns.
  • Vendor Liaison: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Budget Support: Help track campaign spending and ensure it remains within the allocated budget.

Creative & Operational Support:

  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, websites, and print.
  • Campaign Logistics: Support the marketing team in coordinating logistics for campaign launches and events.
