Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, articulating the benefits of products or services with clarity and persuasion.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections during calls.
• Record and track customer feedback, updating the database accurately to reflect interactions and potential leads.
• Develop and execute targeted call strategies to achieve specific sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4- 5 Months Contract.
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, demonstrating a track record of exceeding targets.
• Should Know English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Experience is advantageous for understanding customer needs.
