Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and recruit skilled and unskilled manpower from international markets based on client requirements and workforce demand.
• Develop, establish, and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and sourcing partners across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate screening, selection, documentation, mobilization, and pre-departure coordination process.
• Monitor and maintain recruitment pipelines, ensuring timely candidate availability in line with approved manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align recruitment targets with client requirements, job orders, and workforce deployment plans.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE immigration requirements, employment laws, and applicable international labor standards.
• Monitor recruitment performance, sourcing effectiveness, and agency output to achieve cost-effective and timely manpower mobilization.
• Continuously identify and develop new international sourcing markets and recruitment channels to strengthen the company's manpower supply network.
