The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality content that aligns with Newett Homes’ broader marketing strategy. This is a varied role and is perfect for someone who enjoys all areas of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Content: We’re looking for someone who can help elevate our digital presence by showcasing our brand’s personality through authentic and engaging content across multiple platforms. You’ll work with the Marketing Manager to create and implement content calendars, that include social media activity, blogs and email content in line with the company’s marketing objectives.
Our Homes: Presentation and accuracy are really important to us, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all of our homes look their best on our website and portals, liaising with our photographer/videographer when needed.
You’ll support the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager in setting up sales arenas for new developments ensuring consistency and presentation of the Newett Homes brand is accurate. You’ll assist in the planning and promotion of company events.
Design: We’re looking for someone who has a creative eye, can think outside of the box and has a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite. You will take lead on the design and creation of sales and marketing material such as brochures and offline/digital advertising.
