JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess an enviable background in consumer marketing and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organisational skills. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, as you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that delivers business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a consumer retail environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to use Adobe Photoshop or canva for creating content or marketing collaterals.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with outstanding communication skills.

  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Maintains relations with customers
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  • Develops new uses for existing products by analysing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
