ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a super-creative content powerhouse to help us inspire both the travel trade and consumers. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into stunning, scroll-stopping campaigns that bring destinations to life. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing, crafting inspirational content, shaping campaigns, and helping our brand stand out in the travel industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage inspirational content for social media, email, and digital channels using Canva or other design tools.
  • Design and produce assets including images, videos, and copywriting for campaigns; edit and optimise video content for multiple platforms.
  • Manage and post across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Plan, write, and send weekly customer and trade email campaigns using Mailchimp/Hubspot templates.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar, delivering creative campaigns for seasonal promotions and campaigns.
  • Coordinate PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, and giveaways to boost brand visibility.
  • Produce tailored marketing packages and assets for trade partners (Travel Counsellors, InteleTravel, Hays).
  • Support planning and delivery of webinars, events, and conferences.
  • Analyse digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Multitask effectively across multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
