We’re Rhubarb, the premium hospitality powerhouse that’s part of Oak View Group, and we’re hunting for a Marketing Executive who lives and breathes digital storytelling.
Role Purpose:
In this role, you will provide essential support to our marketing team with a strong focus on coordination, administration, social media, and keeping our marketing collateral up-to-date. You will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials accurately reflect our brand, while also assisting with the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities


    • Coordination & Administration:


    • o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate records.

    • o Act as a central point of communication between team members and external partners, ensuring all marketing initiatives run smoothly.


      • Social Media Support:


      • o Assist in managing our social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, content creation and contributing creative content ideas.

      • o Help update and maintain our social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.


        • Marketing Collateral Management:


        • o Take a lead role in updating and maintaining marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital assets.

        • o Ensure that all materials are current, on-brand, and effectively communicate our key messages.


          • Campaign Support:


          • o Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

          • o Support the team in tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.


            • General Marketing Support:


            • o Contribute to the development of creative content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

            • o Work collaboratively with internal teams to support broader marketing initiatives and projects.
