MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Today at Osborne we are seeking a Marketing Executive for our client in Dublin 12. This is a really exciting opportunity if you are a Marketing Executive & looking to progress your career with a very cool Not for Profit Ultimate Eco Hero.

  • Hybrid working – 1-2 days in the office in Dublin 12 & 3 days from home.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid role with approx. 1 -2 days per week in office in Dublin 12
  • Provide monthly marketing report and as well as other specific reports as requested by VP of Marketing and also when required for other Senior Management activities.
  • Set up, maintenance, monitoring and daily execution including receiving sales lead from email, website downloads, online analytics and all other inputs. The analysing of these potential leads. Research to find additional information in relation to a potential lead. Assigning the lead to sales individuals/teams and reporting.
  • Assistance to Marketing, Sales, HR team in planning/preparing and welcoming visitors to the company’s facility.
  • You are required to liaise directly with 3rd party suppliers and internal suppliers of any element/product/service required by Marketing to assist in the promotion of the company.
  • The ability to use a broad spectrum of communication tools across communication channels including print, web, social media, email, phone, video conferencing, etc.
  • Flexibility to attend national and international exhibitions and tradeshows as part of the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Superior writing and editing skills and the ability to write for a variety of international audiences in a variety of formats including proofreading.
  • Advance level of computer skills including the ability to create documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word as well as CRM System, Website Content Management System, and Microsoft Word.

  • Flexibility to attend national and international exhibitions and tradeshows as part of the Sales and Marketing team.
