Weekly Hours Worked: 40 hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm - Weekend availability
Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 PA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at Rainstone Money.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good knowledge and comfortable usage of all social media platform not limited to LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta/Face book & Podcasts.
• Ideally a graduate or equivalent who has done a marketing or creative degree.
• Ability to demonstrate strong research skills.
• Experience and working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite preferable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality- strong at negotiating.
• Good at multi-tasking.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Paid social media/marketing experience.

ROLE SUMMARY:

An exciting opportunity to join an established brokerage firm as Marketing executive/PA role, which is ideal for candidates with Marketing experience/background. Must be confident and creative individual that loves to network!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Managing and creating content for all aspects of social media, website, Podcast, and email marketing.
• Working closely with Directors to increasing number of introducer partners and self-employed brokers in our network.
• PA duties to the Director.
• Liaising with external agencies on marketing and point of sales materials.
• Creating targeted campaigns and working closes with the Mortgage Advisors and BDM team to generate sales.
• Creating reports and analytics from market research and sales completed to see and campaigns performed.
• Willingness to learn and understand commercial finance and mortgage products in general to help with ideas for marketing targeted client base.
• Utilise CRM for existing client retentions and find renewal lead opportunities
• Oversea service and reviews we are getting on social platforms especially on trust pilot and google reviews.
• Organising networking events to promote the business and for new business opportunities.
• Regular workshop to get information out there in smaller groups, collaboration with accountant and other external stakeholders.
• General admin.
