REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination OR a strong academic background in a mathematical/analytical field (e.g., Maths, Statistics, Economics, Data Science).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and RED platform trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese language skills would be an advantage for RED platform management).
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a data-savvy and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary objective will be to support the development and execution of our marketing strategy to promote our products and strengthen our brand image. You will achieve this by managing our key social channels (TikTok, Instagram, and RED), executing end-to-end influencer campaigns, and using data-driven insights to advise on our approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and RED (XiaoHongShu).
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, including sending out product samples and ensuring timely video/content delivery.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
  • Monitor influencer performance, engagement rates, and campaign outcomes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Advise the company in the development of marketing and advertising strategies for brand entry, product launches, re-launches, and positioning of commercial image.
  • Conduct studies of company position and customer perception to define marketing and advertising approaches.
