Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: West Sussex (Hybrid/Flexible)
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour (Contract Basis)
Hours: Part-time or flexible contract (minimum 20 hours per week)

Phoenix Marketing is a dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency based in West Sussex. We specialise in helping local and national businesses build their brand, grow their online presence, and reach new audiences through creative, results-driven marketing strategies.
We’re now looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team on a contract basis and support our clients in growing their social media presence, engaging audiences, and driving real results through influencer partnerships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital PR.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, proactive, and results-focused.
• SEO keyword research experience.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
• A good eye for content, branding, and tone of voice.

• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate content creation and approvals, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
• Track campaign performance and deliver regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the wider Phoenix Marketing team to integrate influencer activity into wider digital marketing strategies.
• Blog content generation.
• Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
• Help mentor our influencers in video blogging and content creation
