Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity here at Pink Spaghetti, for a Marketing Executive to join our team.
Due to expansion and continued growth Pink Spaghetti Bournemouth are excited to be looking for a Marketing Executive who will support our ever-growing list of client needs. This role will be remote, however travel to local networking will be necessary. This is a fast paced and multi-facetted role, which will suit an engaging and proactive team player.
As a Marketing Executive, your tasks include, but are not limited to:
· Networking & Lead generation.
· Management of social media strategies.
· Creation, scheduling and posting on all social media channels.
· Creation and roll out of email campaigns.
· Management of CRM systems.
· Customer communications, including talking on the phone.
· Copywriting for social posts, newsletters, email campaigns and websites.
· General administration.
· Email and Calendar management.
· Setting up meetings and/or interviews.
· Creation and management of monthly newsletters.
· Creation of project mapping, road mapping or customer journeys.
Your key qualities:
· 2+ years of marketing experience.
· Demonstrated ability to create social media posts with Canva including carousels and reels.
· Previous experience of attending Networking groups.
· Solid project management, planning, and organisational skills with high levels of attention to detail.
· A sense of urgency and deadline focussed.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation.
· Must be able to talk on the phone with people at all levels of the organisation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
· Team player.
· Enjoys challenges.
· Works well without supervision.
· Customer focussed.
The successful candidate will be engaging, energetic and a good communicator both verbally and written.
This is a part time vacancy for 15 hours a week, workdays 9.00am-12.00pm.
Salary is £27,040 pro rota.
This is a remote role but there will be local travel to networking meetings. The following areas will be included but not limited to: Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, Salisbury.
