Responsibilities

Social Media Campaigns & Strategy:
Develop and execute integrated campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Leverage targeted content to grow our LinkedIn following and enhance online community interaction.
National & International Market Research:
Identify and recruit new B2B clients, secure exclusive partnerships, and generate initial sales.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Lead content creation, copywriting, and graphic design for digital and print collateral, ensuring consistency with Pollock Lifts’ brand voice and messaging.
Email Marketing: Manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and nurture customer relationships.
Creative Content: Maintain creative control over social media content, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
Brand Development & Business Growth:
Contribute to brand visibility and business growth through effective online and offline marketing strategies.
Online Reputation Management:
Manage and enhance Pollock Lifts’ online reputation by actively monitoring and responding to Trustpilot and Google reviews. Implement strategies to improve customer feedback and overall ratings.
External B2B Platform Management:
Manage content on external B2B showcase platforms to enhance visibility and generate high-quality leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
