QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing in a B2C environment
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail in crafting impactful marketing content.
  • Passion for the gambling industry and a keen interest in online competitions.

Responsibilities
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and participation in our competitions, as well as managing the segmentation of our customer base.
  • Social Media Ads: Create visually appealing and effective social media advertisements that align with the brand and generate interest. Constantly monitor the ongoing social media ads, understanding the data and optimising frequently.
  • Digital and Traditional Advertising: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation in a broad spectrum of advertising channels, providing detailed postmortems and recommendations for improvement.
  • Graphic Design: Assist with creation of graphics for digital and print materials, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop creative and compelling marketing content for different platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
