At UBT Accountants, we partner with ambitious, owner-managed businesses across the UK, providing proactive accountancy, tax, and advisory services. Our approach is solutions-based and consultative, focused on helping clients grow with clarity and confidence. We are looking for a creative, organised, and commercially aware Marketing Executive to deliver campaigns, support lead generation, and strengthen client engagement across multiple channels. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work on revenue and growth. The Opportunity This is not a role where you sit on the sidelines. You will: Deliver targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn content. Support sales with high-quality, tailored proposal materials. Maintain a structured marketing calendar to ensure activity is delivered on time. Content & Brand Execution Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts promoting insights, services, events and thought leadership (including supporting Directors’ profiles). Create high-quality marketing assets (flyers, one-pagers, e-shot layouts, simple graphics) in line with brand standards. Support preparation of sales proposals by tailoring content and incorporating relevant case studies. Events & Engagement Coordinate webinars from invitation to post-event follow-up. Support face-to-face seminars including venue coordination, attendee management, and materials. Ensure every event supports engagement, lead progression, and measurable outcomes. Performance & Reporting Track campaign and sales activity to understand what’s working. Produce concise weekly/monthly summaries with insights and recommendations. Support data management and compliance processes Experience Experience working in professional services, accountancy, financial services, or other B2B solutions-based businesses. Experience delivering email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn content. Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience creating marketing materials using templates (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or similar). Event coordination experience (desirable but not essential). Skills & Attributes Excellent written communication and copy-editing skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Commercially minded — understands the link between marketing activity and revenue. Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Professional and confident working with senior stakeholders. Calm and reliable in a busy, fast-paced environment. Competitive salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + bonus Car allowance/Car or reimbursement for London travel (depending on location) Free lunches Excellent benefits including medical/healthcare cover Hybrid working in London or Warwick Ready to Apply?
