Preston | £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

I'm currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a growing and ambitious business based in Preston.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking for a varied, hands-on role. You'll play a key part in enhancing brand awareness, creating engaging content, managing social media channels, coordinating external marketing partners, and analysing campaign performance to ensure marketing activity delivers results.

We're looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical side of marketing. You'll be a confident copywriter with a flair for creating engaging content, alongside the ability to use data and insights to maximise campaign performance.

With a genuine passion for photography and videography, you'll enjoy getting out on site, capturing content and bringing projects, people and community stories to life through engaging marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Write compelling content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Support sales activity and community engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Visit developments and sites to capture photography, video content and project updates.
• Work closely with external marketing agencies, coordinating campaigns and content schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and lead generation activity.
• Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and maximise return on investment.
• Support wider marketing initiatives across the business.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all channels.

About You

• Previous experience within a marketing, social media or content-focused role.
• Strong content creation and social media management skills.
• Confident writing engaging copy for a range of audiences and platforms.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Passion for photography and videography with a creative eye for visual content.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 - £35,000 DOE.
• 10% annual company performance bonus.
