REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG/Healthcare/Personal Care marketing (UAE market preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE retail market & consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi,Malayalam (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Passionate about women’s health & hygiene industry
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build Colleen’s brand presence across the UAE.
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, sampling activities, and events at supermarkets, pharmacies, and malls.
  • Coordinate with sales team for market activation, visibility, and customer engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and online promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail chains, and pharmacy outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  • Track and analyze marketing ROI, sales growth, and customer feedback.
  • Support in PR campaigns, product launches, and media coordination.
