You’ll work across most of what our marketing does: campaigns, events, client case studies, our industry research reports, and the email programs that keep prospects warm. Multiple industries, multiple markets, one agile team. If you want a narrow lane, this isn’t the job. If you want to touch everything and own the lot, this is the role.

The outcome we’re hiring for: qualified leads, and a nurture program that keeps them warm until they’re ready to talk. Campaigns, events, case studies and reports are how we get there. We’ll measure the role on pipeline, not activity.

What you’ll own

Demand generation and nurture

• Campaigns across email, social and our industry channels, working with our digital marketer on search and paid 
• Nurture sequences that keep prospects engaged between touchpoints 
• Lead capture and follow-up from every event, report and campaign, so nothing goes cold in a spreadsheet 
• Reporting on what generated pipeline, and being honest when something didn’t 
• 
  

Events

• Our presence at industry conferences, end to end: stand, collateral, logistics, staffing, lead capture, follow-up 
• The annual event calendar, organiser relationships and sponsorship renewals 
• Roundtables, client dinners and webinars 
• 
  

Research reports: production and launch

• Our industry benchmark reports are a key thing we publish, and you’ll be the one who gets them out the door 
• The production schedule end to end: briefing, drafting cadence, design, proofing, sign-off 
• Keeping analysis, copy and design moving to one deadline, across people who don’t report to you 
• The launch program for each report: gated landing page, email sequence, webinars, client briefings, PR and speaking slots 
• Distribution partnerships with industry associations and media, so each report travels further than our own list 
• Tracking what each one returns: downloads, meetings booked, pipeline 
• 
  

Client stories and proof

• Client case studies, from interview through approvals to published 
• Our reference client pool and testimonial pipeline 
•

• In a team this size, useful things land with whoever can run them. You’ll have room to take on what you’re good at.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years in B2B marketing. Agency or in-house, both fine. 
• You’ve run something end to end. Not “supported”. Ran. 
• You think in pipeline, not activity. A busy quarter that generated nothing is a failed quarter. 
• Comfortable across several channels, and straight with us about which ones you’d be learning 
• Organised, and able to hold a deadline you don’t own. You’ll be the reason our research reports ship, chasing people more senior than you. 
• Genuinely curious about unglamorous industries. Knowing what keeps a childcare operator awake at night will get you further here than knowing the latest martech stack. 
• Happy to travel to events a handful of times a year 
• 
  
• Nice to have: Pipedrive or similar, events or conference experience, a background in one of our verticals, comfort with a spreadsheet.
