KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Working closely with the Managing Director, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in the achievement of campaign marketing objectives by:
· Develop and deliver a long-term marketing strategy, including social media, content calendar, and collateral to ensure collective understanding and drive commercial opportunities delivering campaigns to promote product launches and brand awareness
· You will closely collaborate with key stakeholders to understand customer needs to generate high-quality and meaningful marketing content, and continuously measure and improve the impact of your work.
· Responsible for reporting; setting KPIs at the beginning of a campaign, managing client expectations in conjunction with the commercial objectives, setting clear reporting pathways and managing reports after campaigns to strict deadlines.
· Create and deliver sales collateral, to enable sales teams to upsell. Working with the Product Brand managers, rolling out sales training programmes across the portfolio of Key & Strategic customer base and sales staff whilst ensuring these are kept fresh and up to date.
· Manage multiple priorities and account manage/customer expectations, driving sponsored content campaigns with clear project plans skills and regular communication.
· You’ll work to build strategic relationships with both internal and external stake holders to deliver defined objectives and in time defined windows.
· Ensure balance between brand and commercial needs for campaigns.
· Compiling, scheduling, and delivering daily and or planned Social Media posts
· Design, delivery of quarterly marketing campaigns, build and constructed “in design” software
· Responsible for the management and monetary element of samples within the business
· Ongoing self-development, learning of all applied software applications, not limited to but including CRM, BI Sales data, customer sales portals
· To help in covering holidays and sickness in order processing, and daily internal sales admin.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· 2+ years’ experience in a B2B or marketing role
· Attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritise and execute projects with quality.
· Solution oriented mindset that prospers on challenges and figuring out solutions and processes to complex problems.
· Sense of ownership complemented by strong organisation and project management skills to meet deadlines.
· Confident, tenacious relationship builder and problem solver.
· Demonstrate brand passion, business acumen, commercial awareness, with the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
· Insight driven, making decisions rooted in customer benefit, strategic fit and commercial understanding.
· Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent projects from start to finish.
· Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
