As the international arm of Kingdee, Kingdee International Software Group is a looking expand our presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead outreach efforts, create compelling content, and execute strategic marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software, SaaS, or ERP industry.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and social media management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have knowledge of marketing/selling B2B enterprise software, cloud solutions, or ERP systems
• Experience in regional marketing (Southeast Asia) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Southeast Asian language is a plus (for regional market engagement)

1. Marketing Outreach & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Manage lead generation activities, including email marketing, events, and paid advertising.
• Identify and collaborate with partners, industry influencers, and media to expand reach.
• Organize and support offline & online events, webinars, and trade shows.

1. Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Create and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
• Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid digital marketing campaigns to improve lead conversion.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to engage potential clients.
• Work with designers and external agencies to produce marketing collateral.

1. Marketing Strategy & Analysis

• Assist in developing the regional marketing strategy for Singapore & Southeast Asia.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor positioning and customer needs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, lead conversion, engagement rates) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
