SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google/Microsoft Ads is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.

EDUCATION

  • A marketing qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive marketing executive with a passion for marketing and customer engagement. In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting Salon Tracker through established channels such as social media and email campaigns, while also bringing fresh ideas to develop and implement new strategies that generate leads.
This would be an ideal role for an individual who has graduated from a marketing course and is looking to put their knowledge into practice in a fast growing company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with creative, engaging content, and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to analyse customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively suggest, plan, and deliver new marketing strategies to increase qualified leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Manage your own daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and care.
