Role Overview
This is a brilliant role for someone on the ascendancy in their career, who wants to make their mark working for one of the world’s foremost, and most prestigious Real Estate brands. The role’s primary objective is to act as the marketing account executive for the South and South West offices. This entails partnering with the Heads of Office and their teams to devise marketing plans that deliver on their objectives, and then supporting with the delivery of activity.
You will act as the key interface between the Savills residential sales and lettings agents/offices in your patch and the wider marketing team such as Brand and Digital Marketing etc. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke local-level marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, drive brand awareness and build brand preference in their local market. You will ensure the cascade of the national marketing strategy into local offices and proactively seek out and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways.
