THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a varied and dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for supporting and implementing our marketing strategy, working closely with the Senior Management Team and our outsourced marketing specialists. You will also be confident liaising directly with both potential and existing clients via phone, MS Teams, and email.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience in a B2B marketing role
· Strong background in planning and executing lead generation campaigns
· Excellent knowledge of digital marketing best practices
· Demonstrable experience in website content management (WordPress preferred)
· Proven success in building brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Working knowledge of CRM systems
· Experience creating and sending email marketing campaigns
· Ability to support the sales team with tender presentations and related materials
· Good understanding of SEO and experience liaising with an external marketing agency

· Identify and pursue promotional opportunities in collaboration with partners and other organisations
· Provide in-house design for day-to-day communications and marketing collateral
· Ensure consistent and high-quality branding across all company platforms
· Monitor and evaluate marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
· Organise and attend occasional industry events and exhibitions
· Increase brand awareness and support sales growth through targeted campaigns
· Engage with clients and prospects confidently across phone, online, and written communication channels
