Description

Shamrock Renewable Products Ltd, best known for their Irish fuel brand WillowWarm, is looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic in-house marketing team.
Now stocked across the island of Ireland and in the UK with over 1600 stockist, WillowWarm Fuel Briquettes are one of Ireland fastest fuel growing brands. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes communications and digital media, understands how to build a brand, and knows how to bring campaigns and events to life both online and offline.
Shamrock is part of a dynamic portfolio of businesses which includes the Mercantile Entertainment Group and Stafford Fuels limited. This role would work as part of a wider Marketing Department gaining exposure to the team wide portfolio of managed brands such as Café en Seine, Stafford Fuels or The Mercantile Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative, engaging social media strategies that build brand visibility and drive footfall to our retailers and stockist.
  • Own and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand tone and key venue activities - Social, Web, Blog.
  • Produce compelling short-form content for Instagram Reels/stories; including photography, videography, video editing, and SEO copywriting.
  • Plan and execute paid social ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, optimising for awareness and traffic.
  • Gain a firm understanding of the WillowWarm product and it’s key selling points to champion the brand.
  • Attend events, activations or conventions where WillowWarm are present to capture live content and support in real time.
  • Work with the wider marketing and events team at The Mercantile Group & Stafford Fuels to amplify campaigns and promote our offerings.
  • Monitor and report on social and campaign performance with actionable insights to Group Marketing Manager.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to align with wider marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and update business websites using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practice.
  • Manage Google Business profiles to support local discovery and visibility.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of digital and cultural trends, constantly bringing new ideas to the table.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role (ideally with FMCG brands but not essential) or 3 years managing social media and paid digital channels to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn publishing and reporting tools, and video editing apps.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ad Manager
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences.
  • A creative mindset with great visual instinct and attention to detail.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple brands and deadlines.
  • Bonus if you’ve experience in FMCG marketing.
