Description:

We are seeking a creative, ambitious marketing professional looking to make their mark, develop and broaden their role over time. Successful applicants will have a genuine passion for marketing and a bright, can-do attitude. You will be the direct point of contact for the Residential and Countrywide businesses reporting to the Brand Manager and working alongside the wider Marketing and PR team. You will be involved with advertising coordination, planning, social media, email communications, social media posting and online/digital activity. Attention to detail and an extremely creative approach to tasks and problem solving is essential.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or similar
  • Experience in social media, digital advertising or digital communications
  • Knowledge and a keen interest in residential property would be advantageous
  • Experience in online design using products such as Canva or Adobe for video creation, social media graphics, campaign banners, internal comms and email marketing
  • Experience writing content in English for social media and email
  • Self-starter, driven focus

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager, in delivering the marketing strategy for the Residential and Countrywide businesses in line with our brand & marketing strategy, ensuring all initiatives adhere to our brand guidelines, processes & procedures & are compliant.
  • Manage the content strategy for the Residential and Countrywide digital platforms, and responsible for the posting for all the social media channels within the company. Social media channels include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, X and LinkedIn.
  • Designing and implementing unique social media campaigns and content calendars across all the main platforms.
  • Coming up with great copy that stops people scrolling and gets them engaging with you.
  • Creating a weekly Social Media Content Calendar across all business areas and scheduling/posting content to multiple platforms.
  • Creating and measuring social media objectives according with business goals, and reporting to ensure efforts are meeting objectives and contribute to overall success.
  • Monitoring and improving content based on user feedback, research and data.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, benchmark industry best practise, be creative and innovative sharing your ideas and learnings across the business.
  • Direct point of contact for all Residential and Countrywide offices to support the weekly social media, advertising, and marketing function
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training at residential meetings, admin training days, manager meetings and use these opportunities to actively engage with & seek feedback from negotiators.
  • Monitor, review and report on all Residential & Countrywide marketing activity, results & budgets, using analytics to assess campaign success and inform future marketing activity. Provide this to the Residential business in a summarised format monthly via Yammer and email.
  • Maintenance of website – creating & maintaining agent profiles, careers section and featured property.
  • Ensuring all relevant marketing material is always up to date for the Residential and Countrywide businesses. Distribution of collateral and items to branches - stationery, market appraisal packs, merchandise, and board stickers.
  • Direct point of contact for all local sponsorship requests, specifically with any sponsored sports clubs. Organising launch days with local Sherry FitzGerald office and club.
  • Assisting with events – logistics, bookings, deliveries, front of house, set up for events, liaising with venues
