Description
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with solid brand marketing foundations and hands-on, in-house experience to join our dynamic team. You’ll own the day to day execution of SKUTOPIA’s marketing activity from brand campaigns and content creation to digital performance and community engagement. This is a role for someone who understands the fundamentals of marketing: positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and the marketing funnel. You know how to translate a brand strategy into tangible, on-brand content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You’re equally comfortable briefing a designer, writing social copy, analysing campaign data, and coordinating a product launch. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning ideas into executed campaigns, and want to grow your career at a company that’s reshaping e-commerce logistics, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Brand Marketing & Content Creation Drive brand visibility and build brand salience for SKUTOPIA across every touchpoint – ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging. Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end – from creative concept and briefing through to launch, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis. Develop and execute content calendars that bring our brand story to life across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), blog, email, and website. Create engaging, on-brand creative - experimenting with new formats, trends, and creative approaches to grow reach and engagement. Collaborate with the broader team to produce campaign assets: landing pages, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and sales enablement materials. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry conversations to identify real-time engagement opportunities. Digital Marketing & Performance Support Assist in executing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with external partners to optimise ad performance and maximise ROI. Track and analyse key marketing metrics to refine digital strategies. Support SEO initiatives to improve website traffic and online visibility. Generate monthly reports on digital marketing and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations. Website & Email Marketing Support website content updates and management, working with agency partners where needed. Execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Assist in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and continuous improvement of email performance. Marketing operations and sales support Contribute to campaign planning, brand initiatives, and go-to-market launches. Coordinate marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery. Help produce promotional materials for partnerships, events, and co-marketing activities. What skills & experience are beneficial: Experience & Skills 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within an in-house marketing team (agency experience is also valued). Proven experience in campaign execution – you’ve planned, launched, and measured marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Solid understanding of core marketing fundamentals: brand positioning, target audiences, the marketing funnel, and campaign planning. Strong content creation skills with a track record of producing engaging digital content across multiple channels. Working knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly HubSpot. Basic graphic design capability using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus). Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data from Google Analytics, social insights, and campaign dashboards to refine strategy. Mindset & Attributes A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Highly organised with strong time-management skills and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping quality. Genuinely passionate about marketing, branding, and staying on top of digital trends. Able to utilise AI and the latest marketing tools and technology – this is imperative. A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. What’s in it for you? Be part of a high-growth company revolutionising eCommerce logistics. Work in a fast-moving environment where your creativity and ideas will be valued. Gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels. A hybrid work environment with a competitive salary package & opportunities for professional growth.
