We’re seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and applications for Torrens University. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll work across the full marketing mix – from campaign planning and execution to content creation, social media, events and advertising. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure all campaigns align with our brand, meet compliance requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a Fixed-term contract until June 2026, with full time hours based either in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexibility and opportunities to work on a variety of exciting national campaigns. Click here to review the full Job Description Accountabilities In this role, you will: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events and direct marketing channels. Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs and approvals with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver lead generation and conversion campaigns to meet enrolment targets. Create content for websites, social media, email, and collateral. Analyse campaign results and provide optimisation recommendations. Collaborate with faculty and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. Manage scholarships, campus events and other promotional activities. We are looking for Degree-qualified marketer with at least two years of relevant experience. Experience across the full marketing mix, including digital, social and event campaigns. Excellent attention to detail, copywriting and organisational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator who can work collaboratively and independently. Experience working with youth or education sectors (advantageous). Creative thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
