Hours of work - 37.5 hours each week. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Part Time/Flexitime considered)

  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing role (ideally B2B), demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for content management is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator, with organisational and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Understanding of the importance of marketing to generate leads.

Responsibilities

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO…

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) and coordinate internal communications across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Create visually engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including newsletters, blogs, case studies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals, including creating newsletters and announcements.
  • Conduct SEO analysis and optimise website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Maintain and update the company website and digital assets.
  • Assist in organising and executing events and promotional activities.
