WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
You’ll be the driving force behind executing our global brand strategy to life in the German market. You will work closely with our Global Brand Marketing team to ensure Speedo’s presence is bold, consistent, and impactful—both online and offline. This role is key to strengthening our market position and supporting commercial success across the market.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Marketing Executive for Speedo, you will be responsible for:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and local market opportunities.
- Forge and nurture strong partnerships with key wholesale accounts, activating the Speedo brand in bold, distinctive, and consistent ways across all retail environments to maximise visibility and drive sell-through.
- Collaborate closely with the global brand marketing team to adapt and implement brand strategies that resonate with local consumer behaviour and market dynamics in Germany.
- Manage the development, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, including POS materials, campaign directives, digital content, and media assets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows and ensure the on-time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, partnering with Sales and key account teams to evaluate key metrics such as traffic, sales, AOV, and CTR, and optimise future activations.
- Work in close alignment with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts support commercial priorities and product sell-in/sell-through objectives.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to advocate for the needs of the German market and inform strategic marketing decisions
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and confident English communication skills.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in marketing, business, or sports management.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role—experience in sports or swimwear is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and go-to-market strategy development.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude.
- Detail-focused, dependable, and driven to deliver results.
- A genuine passion for marketing and the Speedo brand, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic, international environment.
