The Growth Company (GC) is now looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing activities and taking ownership of key tasks. In this role you will create high-quality, industry-aligned content, manage partner relationships, and lead communication with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of marketing activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience in a marketing role in the private or public sector.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience managing relationships with external agencies/contractors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to track and analyse marketing performance, making data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing supply chains, industry trends, and challenges faced by businesses in Greater Manchester.
• Experience with video editing, podcast recording, and multimedia content creation.

• Manage B2B campaigns online and offline, including research of best practices.
• Produce engaging and informative marketing materials, such as newsletters and direct mails.
• Manage digital marketing tools, including CMS, email marketing, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms.
• Promote and coordinate events, tracking engagement and lead generation success.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
