Social Media Growth Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) Plan content direction to increase followers, engagement, and leads Develop long-term content strategies rather than one-off posts 2. Performance Marketing Set up and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc. Optimize ad performance to reduce cost per result Test different advertising strategies to improve conversion rates 3. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities Support both online and offline events Improve recruitment results and drive business growth 4. Data Analysis & Optimization Analyze marketing and advertising data Provide optimization recommendations Develop more effective customer acquisition strategies Basic Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media-related roles Familiar with managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) Experience in running Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / Xiaohongshu ads is preferred Basic data analysis skills Creative, proactive, and strong execution ability Good communication and teamwork skills Salary Range RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month
