QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Min Diploma in Marketing studies.
Ø Min 3 years of experience in sales & marketing and strong understanding of customer service.
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø An achievement-oriented individual with high personal motivation and a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
Ø Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.
Ø A team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to collective goals.
Ø Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing leadership within the team.

Responsibilities:

Ø Customer Engagement & Solutions: Understand customer needs and create targeted sales and marketing strategies that provide innovative solutions.
Ø Sales Growth: Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with customers, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
Ø Marketing Strategy & Concept Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals. Create and implement concepts to promote products through effective advertising and communication.
Ø Advertising Campaigns: Plan and run advertising campaigns across different channels to raise brand awareness and attract customers.
Ø Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
Ø Opportunity Identification: Continually assess the market to spot growth opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends.
Ø Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Ø Reporting & Monitoring: Track the success of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing reports and suggestions for improvement.
