We are looking for a highly motivated Russian as Marketing Executive to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with CRM software
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
• Certification in real estate or a related field
