Description

Our client is a Reputable, family run business based in Hook, UK. They design and manufacture quality lighting solutions for the automotive industry. As they embark on a journey of growth they are seeing a Marketing Executive to join their team. You will report to the Head of Marketing and be a high-energy marketing executor who brings their brand and marketing strategy to life through creative, well-crafted, and consistently delivered output across all channels. You will take direction and strategy from the Head of Marketing and turn it into action, creating content, campaigns, and collateral that build the brand, support sales, and engage customers. This role is about doing, creating, testing, and improving, not just planning. Responsibilities: Create a consistent flow of engaging marketing content across digital, social, and offline channels. Take briefs and direction from the Head of Marketing and turn them into live marketing activity quickly and effectively. Generate multiple creative approaches to briefs and confidently develop them into real-world output. Manage and maintain the website, ensuring content is current, well-presented, and on brand. Own the day-to-day creation and publishing of content across relevant social media channels. Design and produce digital and printed collateral to support sales and commercial activity. Organise and support company events, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept through to delivery Ensure the brand is consistently and confidently applied across all touchpoints, internally and externally. Proactively identify opportunities to improve, amplify, or refresh marketing activity. Keep marketing activity moving by managing priorities, deadlines, and outputs across multiple projects. Support the Head of Marketing with market insight, research, and execution of strategic initiatives. Flag issues early, suggest solutions, and take ownership of resolving them. Take ownership of Document branding, Website management, Company gifting, Company events and Social media management Grasp of adobe creative suite of tools – InDesign, Illustrator, PremierePro, LightRoom, PhotoShop. Grasp of social media content creation Good understanding of budget management Photograhy & filming skills (ideal but not essential) Understanding of SEO Grasp of PremierePro, LightRoom, PhotoShop (ideal but not essential) Event organising Collateral creation A high-energy, hands-on mindset — you enjoy being busy and making things happen. A naturally creative thinker who can generate multiple ideas, not just one. A strong bias to action — you prefer building, testing, and improving over waiting for perfection. Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities without losing momentum. Confident pushing creative boundaries within clear brand direction. Happy taking ownership of delivery while working under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly without taking things personally. Comfortable managing up , asking questions, challenging constructively, and seeking clarity. Resilient, positive, and solutions-focused, even when priorities change. Organised enough to get things over the line, not just started Salary- £30,000-£40,000.
