• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for façade systems, curtain walls, and building envelope solutions.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics and market trends to drive growth.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferable 5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing within façades, curtain walls, or building envelope systems.
• Knowledge of façade systems, materials, and industry regulations is added advantages.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
