This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys working on a variety of campaigns, managing website content, and supporting digital marketing programs that drive brand visibility and engagement. The position requires strong coordination skills, creativity in content execution, and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities in a structured and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities • Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar tools • Design, publish, and maintain landing pages, blogs, and campaign-related website content • Monitor website usability, responsiveness, and basic performance metrics to ensure optimal user experience • Create marketing assets, graphics, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across digital marketing channels • Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit • Plan and execute social media calendars while supporting both organic and paid marketing campaigns • Track engagement metrics and analyze campaign performance across social platforms • Support marketing campaign execution using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot • Assist in campaign setup, lead workflow management, and list segmentation • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on marketing-driven leads • Maintain marketing trackers, timelines, and campaign execution documentation What Makes You a Great Fit • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordination roles • Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, for campaign support and reporting • Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong copywriting skills for website content, blogs, and social media posts • Working knowledge of SEO practices and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush • Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to track marketing performance metrics and generate actionable insights • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
