• Responds to customers’ enquiries, before and after sales, via various digital platforms such as Website, social media channels, and telephone
• Contact all leads acquired using Whatsapp texting (for verification) before recording to the CRM system
• Records verified leads into company CRM system and communicate efficiently with Marketing Manager to process these leads in a prompt and timely manner.
• Manages graphic designing tasks of company, including but not limited to promotional banners, backdrops, brochures, leaflets, website and application front-end, T-shirt and other merchandises etc…
• Manages photos editing and event decoration ideas
• Manages copywriting tasks of company, including but not limited to: digital advertising, informational content on owned media, community engaging content, etc…
• Manages Marketing events
• Manages and work closely with Contributors and Agencies.

Job Requirements :

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
• Resourceful and detail oriented
• Creative
• Passion in Interior Design
