REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant hands-on experience as a B2C Digital Marketer
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do mindset
  • Passionate about staying on top of digital marketing trends

  • Working knowledge in SEO, SEM (Adwords, Bing), Hubspot, Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook) platforms, in-bound marketing and content strategy

Responsibilities
  • Partaking in the development and implementation of the Corporate Identity, Image, Marketing guidelines and Communications Plans
  • Develop and implement the marketing ops systems, processes, practices, and policies for our online ecosystem
  • Support execution across a wide array of campaigns, products, platforms and markets, including digital marketing and brand building
  • Managing a spectrum of digital channels such as websites and social media platforms according to company’s Digital Plan, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram to deliver quality and effective creative content to engage and build up our stakeholders so to achieve sales targets. Increase likes, followers and follow through to sales conversions
  • Communicate relevant and useful information to online prospects, and push out creative content to engage and build up our stakeholders so to achieve marketing targets. Increase likes, followers and build successful funnels leading to sales conversions
  • Support and manage CRM to develop long-term relationships with established and new customers
  • Ensure full compliance with rules and regulations in the food & beverage industry for the eCommerce platform
  • Support and manage project team for product online launch preparation to achieve launch schedule
  • Creative agencies and vendor-management responsibilities
  • Driving above and below the line marketing strategies based on consumer segmentation, trends and behaviour
  • Perform accurate statistical and analytical studies of consumer segmentation, trends and behaviour to be used in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing activities with the purpose of driving online sales
  • When needed, help and manage a spectrum of PR engagements and events with journalists, bloggers, ambassadors, corporate tie-ups, events to deliver quality and effective service standards to the customers and public, communicate relevant and useful information to audiences, and push out creative content to engage and build up our stakeholders
  • Ensure proper copywriting for all material
