  Role(Position) Manager – Marketing/ Product Manager Department/Process Marketing Reports to Marketing Head Location Pune BO Qualification Engineering (Electrical / Electronics). PG in marketing.   Experience & skills More than 8-10 years of experience in handling sales / marketing roles. Technical knowledge in lighting field is added advantage. Candidate should have relevant experience in allied industries, like controls, building material industry etc. Good Communication skills, man management skills, Analytical & Technical skills. Should have experience in handling Architects, PMCs etc. Primary Function Responsible for driving functions like price approvals to sales team, New Product Introduction, conducting promotion events for customers, dealers & internal teams, competition & market analysis, managing external marketing agencies for collaterals and marcomm. Responsibilities: Price Approvals to Sales Team Sales & LSG team skill improvement program, like product training, technology training etc. Launch of new products by identifying the product gap through market & competition benchmarking. Preparing & launching of marketing collaterals for sales & LSG teams. Ensuring the marketing initiatives for social media platforms, like LinkedIn, YouTube etc. Managing external marketing agencies for collaterals and marcomm Knowledge of S&C and Lighting Management system.
