REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 years’ experience working in a Marketing generalist role (in-house or agency)

Responsibilities
  • Lead on all marketing campaigns by developing and executing exciting, customer-centric communication briefs
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to develop clear, engaging campaign messaging that works across multiple channels for a global audience
  • Ensure marketing deliverables align with the brief, proactively identifying any discrepancies and facilitating clear communication between teams to implement necessary adjustments
  • Challenge channel and site content owners to think innovatively and from a customer perspective
  • Monitor, report and analyse marketing campaign performance to demonstrate effectiveness, offer insights and recommend areas for improvement
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of the global Marketing Calendar, ensuring all campaigns and new product launches are strategically planned and delivered on time
  • Be the central coordinating figure between Creative, Channel Teams and Product Teams on all integrated marketing initiatives
  • Research and track market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviours to inform marketing strategies
  • Manage the growing community of eager Brand Ambassadors via our online platform by setting them missions, reviewing their social media content and building brand awareness
  • Work with Content and Social Media Teams to plan, develop and create engaging content strategies to support marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Identify marketing opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns and new product launches, including but not limited to: influencer/brand/charity partnerships, press/publications, ATL marketing
  • Own our Marketing Weekly meeting, delivering a well-structured and insight-driven session
  • Corerrlate marketing leadership input into monthly marketing and performance reports, ensuring all updates are captured on time
