ABOUT US:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing is a must.
• Proven experience with SEO, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of branding, social media handling, and content strategy.
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, analytics tools).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and execute them effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic design and video editing skills are a plus

Education:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to real estate audiences.
• Manage SEO and SEM to improve website traffic and rankings.
• Handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content and campaign ideas.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms and offline activities.
• Plan and run targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence across platforms.
• Use AI tools to create marketing assets, automate tasks, and analyze performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize future initiatives.
• Suggest innovative and creative ideas to boost brand visibility and lead conversion.
