We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Executive who can take charge of our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand visibility in a competitive market.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have prior experience in real estate marketing.
  • Proven skills in SEO, lead generation, and managing digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media marketing.
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools to enhance marketing output.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for real estate audiences.
  • Manage SEO and SEM efforts to boost website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Oversee and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Run targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development team to align efforts with revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) for content creation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to increase engagement and conversions.
