Talent 360 is hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment. About the Role As a Marketing Executive at Talent 360, you will be responsible for turning strategic vision into high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and amplify our brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance marketing and social media strategy, with the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, meticulous project follow-up, and data-driven results. Market Research & Analysis - Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor insights - Compile findings into clear, actionable reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making Marketing Materials & Brand Consistency - Contribute to the creation of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials that reflect the studio's brand and vision - Ensure consistent brand identity and high-quality design across all internal and external communications - Coordinate with external designers and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets Social Media & Digital Campaigns - Assist in managing and growing the studio’s digital presence on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn - Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness - Monitor performance metrics, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with content and design teams to produce visually appealing, brand-aligned content Event Support & Campaigns - Assist in developing marketing strategies for studio-led and partner events - Support coordination efforts with photographers, videographers, and event teams to ensure seamless execution and coverage - Help track the performance of marketing initiatives tied to events and recommend optimizations - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a creative or design-focused environment - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively - Fluent in Arabic and English Working Conditions: - Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Days off: Fridays & Saturdays - Location: Zamalek, Cairo
