Accountabilities & Key Roles: • Lead the design and development of marketing experiences that align with the strategic vision of the Reflect division. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. • Utilize customer insights and data analytics to inform and optimize design and marketing strategies. • Develop and implement innovative design concepts that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. • Oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies. • Create and refine visual and experiential aspects of marketing initiatives, including digital interfaces and offline campaigns. • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions that meet business goals. • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to augment marketing and design capabilities. • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing experiences through performance metrics and feedback loops. • Develop prototypes and leverage design thinking principles to solve complex marketing challenges. • Ensure all marketing experiences are compliant with industry regulations and standards. • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on design outcomes and strategic recommendations. • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and resistances. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced design certifications are a plus. Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing design, with a focus on customer experience and interaction design. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to design strategies. • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to drive creativity and innovation within marketing and design projects. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
