Position Snapshot  Location: Belgrade, SerbiaTeam: Finance and Controlling Line manager: GD/PFME Controlling Manager SEE  Position Summary As the Marketing Finance Analyst, you will provide support to the Category F&C Business Partner, MKT and CDT teams to ensure proper and timely business decisions are made. This includes preparing PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenses) budgets for categories in scope, preparing PFME reports for Budget vs. Actual analysis and promoting a culture of Return on Invested Capital including Pre and Post Evaluation of PFME investments.   A day in the life of the Marketing Finance Analyst: Work closely with marketing and CDT teams and based on their inputs consolidate PFME budget on total SEE level per category and present it to the Category F&C BP for validation. Prepare PFME monthly reports for categories in scope and make gap analysis (Actual report per WBS,  VAP report, Medical & Veterinary Delegates report if it is applicable for category). Work closely with FP&A team (PFME Corporate Controller and Reporting team) in order to execute health checks prior PEC process. Ensure all accruals are properly posted on time for PFME and monitor landing process. Support MKT and CDT teams with data needed for Pre-post evaluations (Actuals, DF) and approve Pre/Post evaluation per request. Approve Internal orders for Sampling based on request from MKT and CDT. Support Category Controlling Teams with load budgets in FIT for Topline and PFME/OPFE/BGE line. Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood. Work closely with other Category and PFME Analysts to develop supportive relationships.   What will make you successful? Formal financial qualification: degree + 1-3 years experience Previous role in Finance function (Planning, business financial analyst, functional controlling) In-depth knowledge of Nestlé Accounting Standards and other financial reporting guidelines and understanding of the Nestlé business model from a Market point of view Strong knowledge in the areas of Corporate Finance, Costing, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Planning and of F&C Best Practices Proven understanding of GLOBE solution with focus on F&C modules and co-related modules Thorough knowledge of relevant F&C E2E business processes to be able to manage and implement improvements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in English Experience in a network organization with cross-functional stakeholders Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.     What we offer?
