What does this role look like for you? Lead Collaborative Partnerships: Act as a trusted business partner with the Marketing and Innovation teams, fostering engaged and transparent relationships. Drive impactful decision-making processes that align with our strategic goals. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee monthly accounting recognition, delivering comprehensive performance analysis that provides actionable insights to partners. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting to support informed business decisions. Strategic Business Planning: Spearhead strategic planning initiatives by developing robust financial models and forecasts. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives, driving sustainable growth. Regional Operations & Controls: Manage regional operations ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance standards. Implement guidelines that enhance operational efficiency while mitigating risks across all levels of the organization. Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts within the finance function, finding opportunities for process optimisation and innovation. Lead initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate team capabilities. What will you bring to the table? Minimum of 5 years as a Chartered Accountant, complemented by 7-9 years of professional experience, ideally within the FMCG sector. Demonstrated expertise in business partnership and budget management responsibilities. Strong track record of building and maintaining effective partnerships with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and innovation. Ability to influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives collaboratively. Extensive experience in financial budget management, including forecasting, budgeting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Proven ability to manage complex financial processes efficiently. Strong capability to think critically and develop sophisticated models for analyzing the return on investment of marketing spend. Ability to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
