MARKETING & FUNDRAISING OFFICER – JOIN OUR TEAM AT CROSSROADS CARING FOR LIFE

Location:  Hybrid – Work from home with a minimum of 1 day per week at our Hitchin office
Salary:  £28,000 - £30,000 FTE (dependant on experience)
Hours:  Part-time, 20-24hrs per week
Annual Leave:  28 days FTE pro rota based on hrs (including bank holidays)
Contract: 12-month fixed term (with potential to become permanent)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Fundraising Officer to help raise awareness of our services and generate vital income to support carers and their families.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a dual-purpose role combining marketing and fundraising. You’ll lead campaigns, manage social media, build community relationships, and deliver engaging events and initiatives that help grow our reach and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Create and deliver engaging campaigns across digital and print
• Manage social media and website content
• Design promotional materials and coordinate outreach
• Build relationships with local media and partners

Fundraising

• Plan and run fundraising events and community initiatives
• Identify and apply for local grants
• Build relationships with donors and sponsors
• Develop compelling fundraising materials and track performance
