Description Description HealthyU Clinics is looking for a versatile and motivated Marketing Generalist to join our growing team. The Marketing Generalist will support day-to-day marketing activities, manage campaigns across multiple channels, help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and build outreach relationships with healthcare groups and community partners. Key Responsibilities Marketing Manage marketing collateral and operational tasks, including print projects, business cards, signage, provider onboarding kits, and uniform orders. Draft and develop marketing copy and communications, including patient letters, email campaigns, website content, and provider/broker messaging. Maintain and update website content (provider profiles, services, locations). Support marketing rollouts in new markets and acquisitions, including signage, onboarding kits, and collateral distribution. Own and manage the content strategy and calendar for social media, blogs, newsletters, and provider/broker campaigns. Design lightweight creative assets (social graphics, flyers, basic signage) and coordinate with external vendors/freelancers for larger creative projects (video production, major campaigns, large-scale signage). Develop campaign copy, website content, and patient/provider communications. Manage social media publishing, engagement, and performance tracking. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all marketing efforts. Outreach Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, healthcare-related groups, brokers, and community partners. Identify and target key referral sources and develop strategies to grow patient volume. Support internal marketing by helping specialists increase internal referrals and education. Plan and execute community engagement events such as health fairs, screenings, educational sessions, happy hours, and open houses. Provide local support for M&A-related community engagement and launch events. Assist with event logistics. Develop and communicate weekly outreach plans to effectively target high-value contacts. Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in healthcare, professional services, or a multi-location organization. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Experience managing social media platforms and tracking performance metrics. Experience with WordPress a plus. Familiarity with email marketing tools. Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
